We reimagined Old Navy's future by embracing its purpose. Our marketing strategy was to build the ultimate Style Playground on social media, an inclusive, dynamic space that invited everyone to play, directly supporting the brand's modernization goals.

The Result:

Drove Old Navy's brand modernization by launching a high-reaching content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Threads. Our work delivered high fidelity but socially relevant content that resonated with new audiences while aligning with Zac Posen's fashion-forward vision.

Initiative: Launched a Diversity Focused Creator Program

Goal: Authentically represent the Old Navy customer on social media by diversifying the faces, locations, and stories in the content.

Action:

  • Identified and partnered with a curated network of micro-influencers.

  • Provided full creative and art direction through tailored creator briefs.

  • Focused on real-life experts for campaign relevance (e.g., real moms & teachers for Back-to-School).

​

Result: Generated a steady stream of authentic, high-performing content that strengthened brand trust and community connection.
